PractEase is built by Bookify Global Services LLP, a fintech company based in Ernakulam, Kerala. We built PractEase because we watched CA firms struggle with spreadsheets, WhatsApp chaos, and missed compliance deadlines — and knew there had to be a better way.
Our goal is to give every CA firm in India — from a solo practitioner to a 50-person firm — a professional, organised practice management system that understands Indian law, Indian pricing, and Indian workflows. Not a watered-down version of an American product. Not a Tally add-on. A first-class tool built from day one for the Indian Chartered Accountant.
What we believe
The Indian CA profession is the backbone of every business in this country. From your neighbourhood kirana store to a listed company, someone with an ICAI membership signs off on the numbers. The work is demanding, the stakes are high, and the tools you use to manage it should respect that.
Most software available in India today is either built abroad and bolted on for our market, or it's a generic productivity tool with no understanding of GST, ITR, ROC, TDS or audit cycles. We think you deserve better.
